Full job description
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Shop Supervisor to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of our retail shop. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Duties:
– Manage and lead a team of retail staff to ensure smooth shop operations
– Provide guidance and support to staff, including training and development
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
– Drive sales by promoting products and services to customers
– Maintain a clean and organised shop environment
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
– Implement sales strategies to meet targets
– Supervise cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
– Uphold company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role
– Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff
– Proven leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
– Sales management experience with a focus on achieving targets
– Proficiency in bilingual communication is advantageous
– Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
